No-Show/Cancellation/Rescheduling/Late Fee
Applicable Fees:
An appointment is considered “missed” when it is canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice or if you do not show up for a scheduled appointment. We still pay our providers when their time is reserved and when there isn’t enough notice we are unable to schedule it with another patient that needs the appointment.
In order to be reasonable, we charge the cost of our lowest priced appointment for a “missed” appointment. Our fee and terms are subject to change.
The fee for canceled (or no-show) appointments is as follows and your card placed on file will be automatically charged:
